LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

A personal leadership philosophy is a reflection on an individual leader’s core values, attitudes and real-life experiences that have guided and shaped their leadership style and techniques.

Every leader has their own unique leadership style, whether

that is intentionally developed or not. As a leader, having a

purposefully written leadership philosophy helps not

only keep you on course and provides guidance

when you need it, but also lets others know who

you are and what is important to you.

My own philosophy is a representation of my lived experiences, my personal values and my guiding beliefs as a leader. You can read both my original philosophy from 2020 when I started the Gonzaga program as well as the updated 2023 version by clicking below.
